Learn how to bake the most delicious Shrove Tuesday buns - both the soft, airy, delicious original as in the old days, as well as a crispy and more modern version!
What's included?
Upon arrival we offer coffee/tea and a slice of Kroman's homemade 'kringle'.
During the course, ice water and lemonade are served.
Along the way, we serve Kroman's homemade tea buns or rye bread with cheese/jam/cold cuts, as well as a choice between a glass of wine/beer, ice water or lemonade.
Feel free to take a set of recipes and any leftovers of the pastry home with you.
Good to know...
Please arrive at 10:00/ 10 a.m. The door is closed until 10:00/ 10 a.m. and the course starts immediately after the door opens.
Kokkeskolen is located at Trommesalen 4, just a 5-minute walk from Vesterport Station or Hovedbanen. There are parking spaces for both petrol/electric and shared cars right outside the door.
The course stops at approximately 14:00/ 2 p.m.
