Pasta course, for beginners
Homemade pasta tastes amazing and ranks high on most families' menu plan. But one thing is to buy fresh or dried pasta - quite another thing is to make it yourself... not least the taste! Pasta making is fun, and the homemade pasta can easily last a long time if you store it right! In the course you will learn how to make different kinds of pasta and delicious, light sauces that taste great. Along the way, the instructor will share tips, tricks, anecdotes and 'worth knowing' about pasta. You will gain knowledge so that you can subsequently improve your skills and use your creativity in your own kitchen. The program of the course continues as follows: We first look at pasta machines - which one to choose, etc. Next, we will talk a little about different types of flour and storage of the finished paste Under knowledgeable guidance and in groups, pasta dough and the different pasta variants are prepared. (Tagliatelle/Linguine/Papadelle/Ravioli and/or Agnolotti). The associated sauces are also made in groups (tomato sauce, lemon butter sauce with basil or sage, parsley/arugula pesto and ravioli filling of ricotta with truffle salsiccia (other variants of sauces and fillings may occur). Finished preparation of 3 kinds of pasta dishes, plating and serving.

Risotto Course (beginners) incl. lunch
In this course we 'geek' risotto, and try many of this dish's wonderful variant options. If risotto is one of your favorites, then this course is just for you. You may have experienced, although you tried hard, to end up with a not so exciting result... a heavy and slightly sticky risotto. Here you will learn the right techniques and not least the selection of the right rice to get a successful result. Risotto can be served in many ways, from a light everyday variant to extra luxurious guest food. The possibilities are many and we want to give you as much inspiration as possible so that you can experiment further in your own kitchen Course program: We welcome you with coffee/tea and a croissant and tell you about today's program and what raw materials we recommend to use as a starting point for a good result. In groups and under knowledgeable guidance, you will learn how to prepare a variety of risotto dishes. Tomato risotto with fried eggplant, parmesan and arugula. Risotto Milanese with fried quail Green risotto - parsley/arugula pesto and broccolini Arancini of the 'leftovers', a real delicacy! At the end of the course and as lunch in our dining room you can enjoy the delicious risotto dishes with a glass of wine/beer, ice water or homemade lemonade.
